What is your return policy?

We offer free returns on any Office Oasis product, any time, for any reason. We are absolutely serious about this. We’re here for you, to make sure you’re 100% happy. It’s part of our Feel-Good Guarantee.

If you have an issue with your product(s):

1. Send us an email at support@theofficeoasis.com or fill our out contact form.

2. Let us know what issue you are having and include your order number.

3. We’ll respond within 12-24 hours and provide you with a full refund or send out a replacement product. We’ll cover any return shipping charges (In some cases we won’t even ask you to ship the product back)
